✧ Regarding Payment

. 01. . I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment. This includes any form of bitcoin, NFTs ect.. 02. . Payment is though Paypal invoices. I only accept currency in USD.. 03. . I will send you an invoice upon confirmation of order. Please do not send me payment before I have confirmed your order.. 04. . Ko-fi is an accepted alternative for payment the client is unable to use Paypal for reasons.. 05. . Refunds will NOT be given out once the confirmation of payment is done. If I were unable to finish your commission for whatever reason, I will personally reach out to offer a full refund.. 06. . All commission request will be charged with an extra 10% tax to cover processing fees starting May of 2024.. 07. . All private commissions will be charged an extra 60% of the total price of the piece.

✧ Progress and Modifications

. 01. . If you wish to request specific poses, themes or outfits, photos and/or any other visual aid are very helpful. Please send as many as you desire, more is always better.. 02. . After the payment is received, I will send you a WIP during the sketching stage, where you can request any changes. I will allow up to 2 major changes. Once the sketch is approved, I will not be changing it. Any request for major changes from that point on will be charged from a minimum of 10$.. 03. . I will send another WIP during the coloring stage, where you can point out anything that I've missed. I will not allow any major changes once given the approval.. 04. . When asking for edits, please feel free to draw over my work to clarify what you're asking for. This will help me get a better understanding more than just a wall of text.

✧ Usage rights

. 01. . I reserve the rights to deny any request that I see fit. I am lenient on what I am comfortable to draw, don't be afraid to ask!. 02. . Clients may use my artwork for personal use however they wish. Clients may edit my artwork in any way so long as they're not used commercially.. 02. . Clients may use my artwork to make physical merchandise as long as they are not sold commercially.. 03. . Clients may upload my artwork with credit with links to my socials or tagging me on the post(s).. 04. . Clients may not incorporate my work into religious or political contexts, hateful content, or zoophilic/pedophilic/paraphilic contexts.. 05. . I do not allow my art to be used in AI training in any way, shape or form.. 06. . I do not allow my art to be used in any form of cryptocurrency and NFTs.
