✦ Terms of Service ✦

Please read carefully before purchasing my art.

✦ Payment ✦

• I do NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment.
• My works are NOT permitted to be used as NFTs. (Non-Fungible Tokens)

• Payment is though Paypal. I only accept currency in USD. I will no longer use Ko-fi for accepting payments for commissions.
• Invoices will be sent for all commission orders, please do not send me payment before I have send you an invoice.
• I expect payment to be made fully before I start the commission, and to be done within 48 hours upon ordering a commission. I will NOT start on a piece unless I have received the full payment.
• Refunds will NOT be given out once the confirmation of payment is done.
• All commission request will be charged with an extra 10% tax to cover processing fees starting May of 2024.

Yes! You may:
• Commissioners may use my artwork for any personal use.
• Commissioners may upload my artwork with a clickable link back to my socials or website.

No, Please Don't:
• I reserve the rights to refuse any commission requests as I see fit.
• I do Not allow my works to be used in AI in any way, shape or form.
• I do Not allow my works to be used in cryptocurrency in any way, shape or form.
• Commissioners may not use my art for commercial purposes if it was not discussed prior.
• Commissioners may not incorporate my work into religious or political contexts, hateful content, or zoophilic/pedophilic/paraphilic contexts.

✦ Work Flow ✦

What to expect when commissioning me.

• You may contact me through Vgen, Twitter or Discord for commission inquiries.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours of respond time, I will get to you whenever I can.
• Please provide me a clear SFW reference sheet. If you only have a NSFW version, I kindly ask you to censor it before sending.
• Extra fees may be added for characters with accessories / complicated markings / clothing.
• I will send sketches for confirmation before completing each request, I will not change anything else after the approval unless there are mistakes on my part.
• I will take anywhere from a week to a few months on your commissions as my disability fluctuates. You may contact me for updates after 2 weeks of no contact.
• I will email the high-quality finished product to each client, as other platforms compress images. If you wish for another method of delivering your artwork, please do let me know beforehand.
